My name is Tereza Povolná and I specialise in developer projects and investment properties in Prague and abroad. I help clients find not only a new home, but above all opportunities that make long-term sense.

My focus is on working with developers and project-based sales. I have been involved in sales at projects such as Lofty Kolbenova, Vanguard, Jitro, Žít Braník and Želivského 3. At Lofty Kolbenova alone I have completed more than 20 transactions in the range of CZK 8–25 million.

I am also active on international markets, especially Spain. I help clients select and purchase properties on the Costa del Sol, including projects such as Etherna Homes, Sotogrande and Rincón de la Victoria — often as investments, second homes or portfolio diversification.

I have more than 15 years of experience in construction, real estate and finance. I hold a degree in building engineering and a university degree in property valuation, giving me a strong technical and economic foundation.

For over 10 years I worked as a private banker at Česká spořitelna, serving high-net-worth clients. This background gives me a deep understanding of investment thinking, capital management and property financing.

I provide end-to-end service — from property selection and financing to subsequent rental management and full unit furnishing.

My goal is always to find a solution tailored to each client's life situation, investment objectives and long-term strategy. Every client and every property is different.
